How to review and approve your Heirloom photo book.

Step 1 - We send you the 1st draft of your photo book using our Reviewer Software

The video above will explain how to use this time-saving tool. 

 

Step 2 - You are required to check this 1st draft and come back to us within 7 working days with any amendments or changes you would like us to apply. 

If you wish to replace any photos, please ensure to include their filenames from the web-collection you have originally been sent.

 

Step 3 - We will then update the design of the 2nd draft (v2) with any changes you asked and will ask you to review them once more.

We ask you to please respond to us again within 7 days.

 

Step 4 (if required)- This repeat step is designed for any last, minor, modifications.

Please ensure to check all spelling and dates. We will require your final feedback within 7 working days, stating precisely the changes you need.

A video of the final draft of the photo book will then be sent to you to approve (use the GREEN APPROVE button), at which point we will send the book to print. 

Any further changes after step 4 will be charged at our standard rate of £10 per change.

 

PLEASE NOTE - IF WE DO NOT HEAR ANY FEEDBACK FROM YOU WITHIN 21 DAYS OF SENDING YOU THE 1ST DRAFT, SECOND DRAFT OR ANY SUBSEQUENT DRAFTS, WE WILL  ASSUME THAT YOU APPROVE THE DESIGN AND WE WILL PRINT AND BIND YOUR BOOK. ANY FURTHER CHANGES WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE, AND WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS.
